  Item as described and delivered on time. Packaging was ripped with hole large enough for contents to fall out. This could be rectified by using more durable packing material. No damage to contents and no missing contents. AusPost tracking information was not updating until day prior to delivery.

  Thank you for a pleasant transaction. Fragile item was boxed well but box and styrofoam suffered damage during postal journey. However, item survived well. Good value for price. Pleased with both my purchase and the 5 Star service. Happy to recommend this seller.

  Packaged irresponsibly and as a result the item arrived with its shape warped and bent up and does not resemble the photo. Seller advised. I have an item i cannot use. If you are thinking of purchasing this item from this seller i suggest you request them to package in a protective padded/bubble mailer of appropriate size as well. Its a tall mask n wont fit into most mailboxes. They perhaps were looking to save on shipping material costs. As things stand I wont to purchase any more from them.
