Although there were some issues with the product originally sent, Jen went above and beyond to remedy the order and experience, sending replacement product.   Just what I needed after placing graduation gift orders online with Pandora. I purchased two gift boxes, but they "ran out of gift boxes" and put both of my graduation gifts in one gift box. The Pandora gift boxes from this seller were nicer than the one that came from Pandora. I really appreciate this seller! Thank you!

  Authentic as can be, exactly how they come from Dior with purchases, and the packing envelope it came in was so perfect, perfect fit to the shipping label and it just made my OCD happy haha. Shipped extremely quick but it got stuck at a USPS near me for like 4 days for some reason, but that is not the shippers fault at all. Will probably order another 1 or 2 for other bags that I have!
