  I felt the item was accurate on described as new and in originally packaging so I messaged the seller and politely asked for a refund and initiated one with eBay. The seller responded in a wildly aggressive manner and one that was incredibly defensive and hostile. I have never encountered anything even close to this ever on eBay before and am almost shell shocked. Terrible experience and absolutely do not recommend buying from this person.

  We believe this feedback is untruthful &unfair. What happened was buyer had wrong expectations to receive a “SEAL” that was not included in original listing. She opened “Not as described” case, wanted a refund without returning it. We responded in a respectful manner, explained it has no seal, but it’s 100% new & in original condition. Photos from original listing were attached to show no seal included. We are more than gladly to accept return but we believe seller’s not at fault in such case.
