  I was confused by the advertisement the picture showed 2 ear buds but I only received one. I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.

  Do not buy from this seller. They're the most incompetent seller I've dealt with so far on ebay. I ordered 2 earpieces. They sent 2 wrong products . They refuse to take them back. After talking with them they sent 1 of what I ordered and refused to send the second earpiece. Then insulted me by saying the wrong products they sent were of greater value than what I ordered so I should be satisfied with them and only one of what I originally ordered. Ebay had to step in for me to get refunded.

  The Quality and Condition of the product was perfect and the Appearance was exactly as shown on eBay. The value was acceptable and I received the product one week before the earliest estimated delivery date. Fortunately I received it before our mail strike thanks to the early deliver.
