    New to stamp collecting but Jeff is a dealer I’ve come to trust. He has offered me quality stamps at honest prices. He obviously prides himself in his postal knowledge and presenting his stamps honestly. Items are always thoroughly described and photographed. Well packaged. Fast and reasonable shipping. He combines shipping if you buy multiple lots.

    Excellent condition was as described and very well packaged for shipping. Only down side was the cost associated for shipping because of duty fees . Maybe a less costly option could be proposed beforehand. Thanks
