  All as described and quick delivery, however the plastic bag delivery packaging had been ripped opened at both ends, the actual product packaging had clearly been opened and was generally ruined, and the courier (Evri) rang the doorbell and ran away. Fortunately the products themselves were not damaged and were not intended to be a gift else would have been returned. More approriate outer packaging is probably the answer...

  These are very good value and the price/ delivery deal was excellent. It is a matter of time as to how long they last compared to better-known brands but being LED they should last a fair while. They were very well packaged and delivered promptly - a trouble-free transaction. Good service from seller and courier.

  Box knocked about a but but fan not damaged. Supplier chased the currier as they had notified a delay twice. Delivery made soon after the chase. Good supplier.

  Neck fan arrived safely and exactly as described. Arrived in good condition and was a great value purchase. Looks good and not too bulky. Appears to be of good quality. Can’t fault anything. Extremely quick service as only ordered on Monday and took delivery on Wednesday. BIG THANK YOU.
