They told me they had other valve covers they could send but not in the greatest shape as the one I purchased or a refund. I opted for a replacement cover. Shipping was fast! To my amazement I received a very clean and refreshed valve cover! Great seller, takes care of their customers! Plus, I got the throttle clips from the first valve cover at my request.

Customer service told me it was no big deal and that I didn't actually want the transmission anyhow, then referred me to the "warranty department" who did nothing and then ghosted me. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. I regret that the engine you received did not meet our quality standards and that the transmission was missing. However, we did offer you the option to return the motor for a full refund, which you declined. Additionally, we have a large sticker on all our shipments advising inspection to ensure everything is in order before signing for it.
