  We had an issue where I received the wrong package. Contacted them a soon as I noticed and exlpained the situation and returned the package. They were open and communicative about the mishap. They gave me a full refund even though I was okay with waiting till the cards I bid on were received. It was such a quick and painless process that it didnt even feel like a mistake happened.
