  Item was as described which was new but not in original box. There was no packing material around the helmet to keep it from moving around in the plain cardboard box but the helmet was inside its factory cloth cover so there was no scratches or damage. The helmet arrived with all factory parts and paperwork and Bluetooth functions work perfectly so this was a good value being discounted for not having original packaging. JC Motors shipped the helmet promptly.

  In original packaging. Although the outer box was banged up a bit it was packaged well. Shipping was perfect timing. Item as described as it was used as display I expected a bit of dust and any possible minor imperfections, otherwise great!
