I took a picture of what had been sent and contacted the seller straight away to show them and let them know. It is now the 22nd October and the seller has not even bothered to reply. I contacted them again to ask if they were bothered at all before I started a claim with Ebay. Again no reply whatsoever. Terrible customer service would deffo not recommend.
