  The item received was an open box purchase. I discovered there were missing parts and contacted this seller for a return and refund. Within a few hours i received a return shipment label from this vendor at no cost to me. I am very impressed with this vendors response to this issue and would by from him again.

  Sent a different saw than posted pics saw had been heavily used broken piece and missing the saw blade but they made it right and gave me a full refund promptly. First three photos are of what I received last two are of what the auction showed they were selling. I have bought several tools from them before and have always had good luck.

  Shipping was fast unfortunately wrong product delivered, SAE sockets as opposed to Metric as ordered…communication was good however no more metric in stock so stuck with SAE, they gave me partial refund to make it right…I could have returned as well…overall positive experience👍🏻
