  Excellent selection of soft pastels at a good price. Seller communication excellent, confirming these were the pictured portrait set rather than the "general." Well-packed, arrived in good condition, with a few broken chips on the pastels, which is not uncommon in a sealed new package; not the seller's issue. The pastels are lovely -- I already sketched with them and love the results as always with Rembrandts. FYI -- these do NOT come in a wooden box as described (which was fine with me!!).

  this package was so well packed!!!!! unit was described very well!!!!! best value on the eBay!!!!! now on the shipping, it was shipped on the correct date, but after that USPS drove it up and down the two states here. it was embarrassing to see how the government allow the government allow the post office to run like it is. NO FAULT of the Sender!!!

  Price and item were great. Packaging was exceptional. Communication was a little lacking and it took several days to ship and then post office seemed to lose and then find the item so it arrived two weeks after Christmas. Seller cant be responsible for the delay by the post office, but I do wish they would’ve explained why it took almost 7 days to ship from time of purchase. Maybe even a short explanation or apology would have gone a long way. But product was as described and great!
