Despite this FACT I give seller top marks not his fault UK couriers are so abysmal and never face reprocussions for fraud lies loss or damages. The package appeared repackaged wrapped in 2 scrap torn box pieces and 2 layers of black shrink

I was kept informed of its transit and it was in my hands in no time. Would certainly deal with this Seller again and no delivery costs, which is a great bonus. Have yet to use item but it looks great and I should be able to put it in freezer, oven and microwave. It is now part of a family of Pyrex type ovenware and basins I own and constantly use.

Unfortunately, good old Royal Mail managed to break one of the glasses I bought, despite being well wrapped in bubble wrap & a box. Seller responded to my message within minutes and processed a refund for the value of that item straight away. On that basis I can highly recommend them. Many thanks. AAA+++
