  I made an offer for this item and the seller actively engaged with me prior to the sale by making a counter offer. I accepted, and reached out when the item did not ship after the seller's stated 3 business days. The seller responded with an apology and said the item would ship same-day. Soon thereafter, my order was generically canceled because the item was damaged or no longer available. I asked the seller if I could still buy it if it was damaged (fix it?); and the seller never responded.
