  A+++ seller, item was as described, and a perfect fit. Maybe packaging and shipping cost can improve a little but I understand sometimes is difficult due to uncommon size and shape of some items. There was a minor issue but the seller promptly answered and resolved the issue. Highly recommended seller!

  I was in search of some matching rocker panels for my Mercedes, and Jax Auto was great with answering my questions and the parts came as advertised with no damage. Everything was packaged nicely and shipped out quicker than expected. I 100% intend on using them again soon.

  I failed to do my homework and I mistakenly ordered this part. The description was excellent I just got in a hurry and didn't know how critical it is to use the Vehicle VIN number to purchase Audi parts. You can't go by just how the part looks. These people were great and refunded my money for all except the shipping. I felt bad for their inconvenience. They even wrote on their ebay page how critical is it to use VIN numbers when ordering parts for Audi's cuz they are tricky.. MY BAD!

  Seller provided EXCELLENT responsiveness when I messaged them about this. They provided extra pictures and explanation. Tailgate was shipped quickly and packaged quite well. Arrived with no damage. Got the imperfections repainted, a badge removed, and it's a perfect replacement for mine that I destroyed. Hopefully I don't need more car parts, but if I do, I'll be checking here for them!
