  Shipping was fast, but the item received did not match the listing, and the seller ignored my contact attempt. Despite being labelled as a G731GW fan, the fan speed of the product I received is way lower than the fans this laptop uses. Moreover, while the photo appears to display a genuine product complete with a sticker portraying all the proper product codes, the fan I received had nothing but garbled text on its sticker; it is evidently a counterfeit being passed as the genuine article.
