US Buyers Be Aware - Free Shipping, but there is Hidden Custom and Handling Fee $40 Not listed in the product page and Before Checkout. eBay also back up the seller that it's User's Responsiblity to pay custom, tax, and handling fee. It's a shame that eBay did not put estimate cost during the checkout. I have to pay extra $40 after waiting for 3 weeks. The extra payment notice also looks like a scam, which request buyer to pay within 48 hours. At this moment I have not received the item yet.
