  To ship the item was a little slow. But when contacting the seller, they replied within 24 hours. Once shipped, it arrived quicker than I thought! The item came as described and was packaged neatly. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

  This was a very disappointing interaction. The product was advertised as Excellent +++ condition, and the photos reflected this. However, on arrival, the right headphone was cracked, causing charging to be spotty and the waterproofing was obviously ruined. The headphones came packed in their charging case (undamaged) which makes me think that the product was broken prior to shipping rather than being damaged in route. I reached out to the seller and have gotten zero response. Bad experience.

  Took 12 days to ship my item. Very first line of the item description said “[NEW • Unopened]”… item came opened. I messaged them before, during (during the shipment phase) and after I got my item. Not a single response, ever. Horrible and unprofessional seller.

  I do not recommend this seller… slow to ship, yet delivery was quick once shipped, condition of item was good, however, accessory items were not in the box as pictured. Seller preference was to let me return it, thus losing about > three weeks of my time, research and setting up the item. Live and learn.
