  The item arrived in the condition it was advertised and expected. The seller even threw in some really nice extra free items such as a Japanese Pokémon card and little note that made it feel very personal. The packaging was very well done as well, and protected the item adequately. Overall, this seller was excellent, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again as a trusted and quality source of retro games and hardware.

  The condition was exactly as described, very satisfied with the item. The packaging was outstanding! Everything was very well bubble wrapped in the box, the items were taped to the inside of the box (so they wouldn't rattle around), and it even came with a little note and some other little things. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy from this seller again! The seller was also very communicative.

  I had an excellent experience ordering this product. The store manager contacted me before and after shipment to offer support and explanation of policy. The product condition came exactly as described and in perfect working order, and in layees of bubble wrap to keep it safe for international shipment. They even threw in a Pokémon card! 10/10 for product and communications.

  Arrived far sooner than expected. I've purchased from this seller before, so i have no hesitation when buying from this company in future. As the service is second to none. Highly recommend. The controller works extremely well. Very reliable. The condition is brand new and well packaged. For the price,its well worth the price i paid considering the amount of use ill be getting out of it. Never had a Japanese variant of this controller before. Very comfortable to use. Highly responsive.
