  Postage was prompt, packaging made it perfectly safe and no damage was seen to the outer or inner packaging, box was sealed as described and all individual boxes inside were perfect showing no signs of resealing. Perfect selling, good communications and will being using again without a doubt. Price was fair and of good value for what the product was.

  Everything included and works as advertised. Looks brand new! Price is as good as you're going to get on something like this. Communication is good, usually responded within 24 hours. Shipping is something though, took the full 10 days for them to ship and was messaged from seller that it was to ensure the quality was good - which it was. However, once the item shipped, it only took a couple of days for item to arrive! Good seller, would absolutely buy from again!!

  Item arrived very quickly despite travelling from the other side of the planet. Item was packaged very well. Item was exactly as described with minor signs of wear. Would definitely purchase from again. Please beware, due to the present administration, there will be an additional charge/tariff. I had to pay about an additional 28% of the total cost.

  Overall a very good experience. The shipping date was a bit delayed, but the item was packaged very well. The appearance and quality of the PS4 Pro was better than described. Highly recommend this eBay seller. They provide very nice refurbished products. The price point was perfect and the shipping was free!

  everything arrived in perfect condition!~ no scratches or any signs of use at all. the only issue was the shipping time. it was stated that it could take up to 10 days to ship, but it ended up taking a bit longer. i received the product almost a month after ordering. communication with the seller was okay, though the responses felt a bit like they came from a bot, or maybe I just misunderstood! overall, a really good seller, I recommend them! 3

  The product was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for! My son was thrilled to add this to his collection. I had to reach out to the seller for shipping/tracking clarification and they responded quickly and thoroughly. Just a heads up if you’re ordering from the US - it’s obviously coming from overseas, so it takes longer. But it’s worth it!!!
