  My package never arrived, but when I communicated that with a bit of discussion, I was easily able to get a refund. They explained what could have happened clearly, and as a first time buyer from this store, I am likely to buy from here again, even though my package never arrived.

  The package came earlier than I expected. It was delivered through a courier used in Japan. The seller used excellent packaging for my the item and added a personalized note.Thank you so much for having this listing and the speedy delivery. Also I would like to emphasize that the pricing was a good deal because I am certain the value of Gotochi kitty will increase these upcoming years.   This seller was incredibly responsive and shipped the pickets much faster than expected. The packaging was very well done and they arrived in excellent condition. They not only provided accurate descriptions of the fans but even provided additional fan protectors for several of them which was an incredible addition.

  I live in Finland and so of course love the Moomins! I'm so jealous of what Japan has in way of Moomin things and I might have to take a trip to Japan just to eat at KFC! In any case, the mugs came quickly, were well-packaged on the outside, inside I found the same good, original packaging. The mugs were in beautiful shape, brand new as advertised. Included in the package was a little pack of Moomin tissues (joining my collection!), and a lovely thank you note. 10/10 would buy from again!
