  What can I say... I've never seen a seller so communicative and so helpful! The bags were immediately dispatched and everything arrived in a perfect condition. The seller was always there to help me if I needed anything. The quality is amazing, just how it was in the pictures.   Excellent service from this seller. Great communication with seller, Ebay, Freshpak (Japanese courier I assume) and then Fedex delivery in UK. Fedex got a bit mixed up with their deliver notifications (first it was arriving and then it wasn’t and then back yo ‘delivered’. Also fedex customer service number is a ghost line. All in all, love my bag (zips a bit sticky but I’ll sort that out) and will be adding this seller to my favourites. Thanks again.

  Ordered this at 1am the morning of 8/22, shipping eta marked between 9/8 and 9/15 - y’all the scarf was delivered at 1pm on 8/26. Japan to Texas in two business days over a weekend is insane. Item is exactly as pictured, no frays or snags. Extremely happy with this purchase and will definitely order from this seller again. Thank you!!
