  Excellent service from this seller. Great communication with seller, Ebay, Freshpak (Japanese courier I assume) and then Fedex delivery in UK. Fedex got a bit mixed up with their deliver notifications (first it was arriving and then it wasn’t and then back yo ‘delivered’. Also fedex customer service number is a ghost line. All in all, love my bag (zips a bit sticky but I’ll sort that out) and will be adding this seller to my favourites. Thanks again.

  Order took a while to get shipped out but once it was shipped it arrived ridiculously fast, it didn't even take 2 full days. Items I ordered were packaged carefully and arrived in excellent condition. Seller has been very patient and prompt with my inquiries. Good quality service and items. Will definitely order again!

  This was an exceptionally good transaction. The seller took such great care in preparing my package of books, wrapping and securing each layer. They were placed in a sturdy book box and arrived in pristine condition. The appearance is perfect, the entire package is perfect. The quality and value are excellent.
