  NO COMPLAINTS! While it did take a few days (ordered on the 11th, shipped on the 17th (according to DHL)), I rec'd the item on the 18th! (amazing!). The item was packaged with care and was well protected. Package arrived in FLAWLESS condition, as though I picked it up from the factory myself. The item is EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! ZERO ISSUES. None.   The Vita shipped and delivered very fast and on time. The packaging was very good and nothing was harmed during the delivery. The Vita also came as described and was in the condition described.
