Then when there was a slight issue they resolved it in a matter days. The quality of the items were fantastic, the condition of items and packaging was perfect, the value was great and they even sent me another copy to sort an issue I had.   Although the unit was damaged by the shipping company, Hiroto san was very cooperative and friendly during the entire process. He packaged it thoroughly and professionally as indicated in the photos provided. My only wish is that the DX-7 case that was in the original product description (see photo) was included in the shipment.   Good communication! I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one with some flaws. After I complained to the seller he was open to renegotiate the price and reimbursed an amount we agreed on. So after all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller. If you buy from him, just make sure to ask if the pictures show the actual item you are buying.

  The item was shipped out quickly and the seller was in contact with me throughout the process. The items were packaged quite well and everything was ok sans a crack in the Lunar 1 case but that’s ok. Would shop with this seller again.

  This item came unopened (at least, based on what I could tell) and had everything inside. Although it was marketed as used it appeared to be new and clean. The seller packaged it up very nicely to ensure nothing happened to it during shipping. The price was great and it shipped almost 3 weeks faster than expected. I'm so happy I own this :)

  The seller is one of the best, if not the best, on eBay. He's always attentive and super friendly throughout the entire shipping process, which was also incredibly fast. The game? It's immaculate and super well-maintained. It looks brand new, much better than it looks in the photos. It came well protected inside and out with bubble wrap and papers. What I really loved was the thank you card, and by far, that full moon Hanafuda card, if I'm not mistaken, is the icing on the cake! Is a must buy!A+
