  Package arrived broken (the post office’s fault, not the sender -the package was clearly marked fragile everywhere) and I returned it so she could file a claim. Jan was very happy to make things right and communicated with me throughout the entire process. She even refunded my money, even though I doubt enough time went by for her to collect on her claim from the post office. I would not hesitate to make a purchase through her again. Best seller ever! Please give her a try!
