  The foot arrived in the expected time, and it sewed well when I tried it in my Janome MyExcel machine. I am very happy with it. Interestingly, it came in a packet with the Janome name on it which I wasn't expecting as I thought it was a generic item. The staff said it came out of the same factory as the genuine Janome part. The shop was very easy to contact, and the sales staff were very helpful in giving advice about the part and how I could include another foot I wanted in the same mail out.
