  Can't fault this seller at all. My package arrived clearly beat up from delivery company and when I opened my package the product was damaged. I contacted the seller and that same day a new package had been sent out to me. It arrived the day it was due to be gifted. Thank you for your prompt replies and service. 10/10

  Fabulous. Bought as a gift. Absolutely worth every penny, they loved it. Well packaged and although package arrived damaged (through no fault of the company) the item was still good. Because of the damaged packaging I did contact the company and they came straight back to me, so communication was good and I had no worries if there had have been a problem. Highly recommend.

  It's a beautiful birdbath which was carefully packaged and delivered promptly with updates and good communication from the seller. One thing I would say, which is not clear from the pictures, is that the top rests on the base with nothing to hold it in place apart from its weight.
