Pre shipping pictures were sent and renegotiated price for item with no hassle at all. They were honest and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Shipping was quick. Packed extremely well and smart. Glass did not come broken. They went the extra mile to secure the glass in air filled packing cushiond and foamed the gaps in the box with expandable foam. The tailgate was strapped into the crate and the crate was built solid . The tailgate was as described, a great value and shipping was quick. Hopefully I don’t need another tailgate however, if I do, I’m going to check with them first.

Not a single scratch or blemish or crack, the shipping box was built like Fort Knox with extra padding/insulation everywhere. Worth the cost for sure. Item exactly as described, would definitely do business with again. This is what EBay used to be and should be.
