  I was worried when Jam Minerals told me that there was a problem with shipping the specimen I purchased (depicted in their photo) and that it had to be replaced. They answered all of my questions and assured me the replacement would be bigger and better. Indeed, the new specimen (with 4 crystals!) was. It's beautiful! and it arrived extremely well packaged. I have already purchased another specimen from them. Excellent customer service, excellent prices, excellent specimens.

  Specimen received 11/23/24 well packaged and intact. Shipping cost and speed were very good. The specimen is as described and pictured on the website, and is a beautiful sky blue. Happy to be able to add this to my beryl crystal collection, very happy with the purchase and will be visiting the seller's site again in near future.
