  Seller claimed they may not be able to process and ship my order as the courier refused to accept it due to state restrictions. This was days after they claimed the order was on its way. I buy this item monthly and already repurchased and received it from another retailer, so there’s never been any issue with couriers or restrictions. Seller offered refund then stopped responding so I had to file claim. No expedited shipping as advertised on the listing.

  Very strange, package arrived before tracking number. Box was all wet because of where the carrier left it when it was raining. But the product was not affected. All is good!
