He was on vacay & I asked him about something & he still not only accommodated my request, but sold me the item at a great deal, & had it shipped out the next morning, in secure packaging.   The pictures did not show the amount of scratches and scuffing. The feed tube is functional and has all parts listed in the ad. It was well packed and arrived in under a week.
