  ANOTHER chancer of a seller ....... I cancelled this order at 8pm this evening after ordering it (wrongly) at 6pm of the same evening. I requested a refund, but the seller declined - reason given that they had already posted it ........ how the heck can anyone POST something at 8pm in the evening? There's too much of this going on with a lot of sellers on here. Ebay need to step-in and tell sellers that they CAN'T decline a customer's request for a refund if it's within 2 hours of initial order.

  All good, lots of folders for price, arrived speedily. Box was a bit battered about & water damage to some folders but guess was in transit....I can live with it. Many thanks
