    The item arrived in a timely manner and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, there was a mistake and the sheets were not the size indicated in the listing. The seller was quick to reply, and refunded the payment, and generously offered for me to keep the sheets. I didn't get what I ordered, but the communication and follow up were very positive.

    Items were shipped beautifully in that they were packaged so carefully, each individual dish was bubble wrapped and the dishes were in excellent condition as the seller described them looking brand new. Seller offered a better price that original asking price so I am happy with my purchase.

    Beautiful wallet. I love it. The value was amazing compared to the original price. The wallet was packed in lovely paper. It made me happy to see it.     Wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m in love with this lovely Chloe bag, which arrived quickly. The packaging kept the bag safe from damage. The bag is in fabulous condition, and was exactly as described. The price was excellent, too. There was a really nice “Thank You” postcard included with the handbag, which was quite professional looking, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The card also told me that Jaclyn takes being an eBay seller seriously. Great job, Jaclyn!
