This glass cover was ordered in the out of hours part of the weekend, processed Monday, despatched Tuesday and delivered Thursday. Packaging was excellent, well labelled as Fragile and arrived undamaged. If I ever need to use this company again I will have no hesitation in doing so.

The product arrived and was clearly a shop second. No packaging, very dirty and grubby and fibre washers missing. The seller offered a £5 refund, so I returned the item. I then purchased the same item from a different supplier only to find out that it was the same supplier as the previous item, but trading under a different eBay name. This is not an honest seller.

- p***i (67)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufGood product , my only problem was the winding handle that came with it was the short one what I believed was for the 290 version but after contacting the seller, Gem responded really quickly she contacted Fiamma and found they are now putting the short handle in the 260 as well but she sorted it with them to send me the longer version so I'm well happy thankyou Gem fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend will definitely use again .

Unpacked, wrapped in bubble wrap. Re-packaged with more bubble wrap before being put in another box. I have a bigger more expensive purchase to make, safe to say who I will use!
