  My first item arrived damaged, I messaged the seller who responded quickly and another one was dispatched the same day. Although I am disappointed that the item got damaged, even though it was very well packaged. the whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using this seller again.

  Finding a company that will actually post this item is rare, but the effort they put in to ensure it arrived in one piece is perfection. Unpacked, wrapped in bubble wrap. Re-packaged with more bubble wrap before being put in another box. I have a bigger more expensive purchase to make, safe to say who I will use!

  Avoid seller. Item didn’t work - fair enough. Next day delivery - fair enough. When I returned i eventually had my money returned after getting eBay involved. He said the item worked and wasn’t packaged properly. It was as sent as i only bench tested it. He then tried to rob me of £10. eBay was informed so that too was returned. He’s a liar and a cheat. There are plenty of other sellers at the same price. Purchased elsewhere with no problem. It’s a great microwave for my camper van.
