  The product was fine, just wasn’t sent in enough time for our trip as the seller said ‘the wrong label was put on the parcel” Returned the parcel, the seller wanted me to accept 30% discount and to keep the boots but I had no use for them. So I stuck with the return, but radio silence from the seller since and no refund. £30 down the drain, what a joke!! Don’t bother ordering from this company.. scam scam scam.

  Die Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert, war gut verpackt, der Karton unversehrt. Die Schuhe entsprechen der Beschreibung, passen perfekt und sind sehr bequem. Leider habe ich eine "Montagsproduktion" erwischt. Nach drei Wochen war innen an der Hacke eines Schuhs, eine schadhafte Stelle, ich habe das reklamiert - nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist - der Verkäufer hat mir anstandslos Ersatz oder Rückerstattung angeboten! Auch wenn ich diesmal Pech hatte, empfehle ich den Verkäufer sehr gerne weiter...
