  These guys act and communicate beautifully every step of the way. Had a light snafu where I bought something that had already sold in their brick and mortar store, and they went out of their way to find me another one and ship it to me. Arrived intact and beautiful. Honesty and transparency is rare on eBay these days especially when it comes to mistakes, and I appreciate these guys a lot. Definitely recommend.

  The post office had issues with sending the item. The seller reduced the price once the item was found. Once shipped the second time the items shipped quickly and items was as described.
