Packaging with bubble wrap was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent.   This Jim Shore egg is just as described and I'm very pleased with it. There was a bit of a mix up at first with the wrong egg being sent; however, the seller remedied the situation very quickly. She sent the correct egg which arrived today and was very generous in allowing me to keep the egg that was sent previously in error. This is a great seller! I hope to do business with her again in the future.

  Item was canceled because I believed it to be pick-up only. Seller sent me a message she was willing to ship, but EBay had already issued a refund. Seller was very responsive and acknowledged my cancellation. I would do business with this seller again because she was very responsive me as a customer.
