  Purchased this windshield from it-tuningbike because they had a good price and fast shipping. Unfortunately, the windshield arrived with two right side brackets instead of a right and a left. I contacted it-tuningbike and they ordered the correct part, had it shipped to them, and then shipped it to me very quickly. The item packaging was still sealed, so it was a mistake made by the manufacturer. So, five stars to it-tuningbike for quality customer service!

  item as described, packed for shipping well and arrived damage free. shipping took 18 days to get to Arizona USA, tracking provided was a joke (I dont blame the seller for this) but i received my package and tracking had it listed still in international processing..lol I would recommend this seller since my overall experience was very good.   Very good service , arrived in the Uk only 12 days after ordering. Genuine new Puig screen which was boxed and posted in a second box so arrived in unmarked condition. Excellent value and competitive shipping costs. Would use again.

  Did not receive item. USPO in United States screwed up the shipping when it was only hrs from my home in Massachusetts the final delivery destination in United States, and Shipped it back to Italy by mistake. Seller was very professional with quick responses and help tracking item for me. Even though it was not their fault they issued a full refund. First Class seller I would highly recommend!

  Artikel war super verpackt und alle Papiere und Herstellerinformationen waren beigelegt. Keine Kratzer auf der Scheibe. Versand ist ausbaufähig mit einer Lieferzeit von über einer Woche. Wenn man etwas schnell benötigt, würde ich mich nicht darauf verlassen, dass der Artikel rechtzeitig kommt. Wenn man es aber nicht eilig hat, auf Grund des Preises zu empfehlen. Günstigstes Angebot im Vergleich zu den Mitbewerbern.
