  Amazing response times. Truly good listing and accurate condition and specs as described (was actually surprised at how new this condition was). Packaging was very careful and generous. Shipping was QUICK (took 2 days). Value wise, the seller shows willingness to understand your preferences and has demonstrated that to make the sale.   Great quality, perfect new condition, Super great value & price, apears exactly as described. Thank You Again!! Great Ebayer! Good communication. Responds to all questions and or issues. Will do business again! Only issue being Fedex, not IWM's fault fedex had multiple delays. Only reason shipping was not 5 stars, fedex seems to always have a delay no matter how big, small, or how close or far something is shipped. Had it arrived on time, would have been 5 stars.

  it is super great value for what i paid! very good deal! the seller is very responsive! very good experience. In terms of the shipping, the Fedex left the package to front door of my neighbor's house. So i thought the package was lost at first but gladly found it! The packaging is very good and it keep the computer safe. the items are just as described! very good!

  This was my first purchase and experience with this seller, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Price was more than fair being high standard refurbished, plus breathe easy 30 day returns and 1 year warranty, that did indeed gave me great peace of mind. Shipping was very prompt, and the item was equally well packaged ensuring it would sustain no damage, and to my pleasant surprise upon opening the package, finding it even nicer than described.
