    Based in Northallerton (North Yorkshire) a local Yorkshire family-run business established in 2013, an independent electronics retail and repairer, we are passionate about what we do behind our company is a wealth of knowledge from all levels of our staff, from top-level down, every staff member can help and support our customers, from pre-order to aftercare support. We are here when ever you need us.
    The business started from a small home-based business, with the need for recycling at the heart of the company, we focus a lot of time on putting products back into use, and the majority of our refurbished ranges come into us without a problem, but are thrown out, to keep up with the times. 85% of electronic waste is sent to landfills around the world every year. Over the past few years, the business has developed into a constantly growing and expanding business, in 2020 we introduced a showroom for our customers, to use test, and see products before they buy.

    Got exactly what I wanted. I also asked for a numpad in a note to the seller, and they kindly told me that the laptop would come with that, and it sure did! Wonderful customer service, and I would absolutely buy from this seller again. Side note: The laptop they gave is a Stone laptop, which i've never heard of before but seems to be a reputable company as described.

    Fantastic experience. Very professional. Great value for money and quick delivery. Andrew has gone above and beyond with the aftercare of my purchase - when I ran into some software issues of my own doing (after downloading a 3rd party app). He patiently talked me through each step to resolve the issue and restore my laptop back to it's original state, all in his own time. Can't thank him enough and would not hesitate to recommend him and his company in the future. Thank again Andrew - Top man!
