  After purchase and payment, the seller let me know that there was an error in their inventory, and my item was an open box, not "New" as listed. After some back and forth conversation - to which the seller was very prompt and courteous, I decided I no longer wanted the item. It had already been marked as "shipped" so I could not cancel it myself, but it had not been picked up yet, so the seller canceled it for me. I appreciate that they were flexible with me, and the communication was great.

  Came in less than a week and was well packed. This one was actually the limited edition that came with the screen even though it's not in the description. All of the accessories were still in their packaging brand new. The actual graphics card was mint and in perfect condition. I've had a Galax 980ti for almost 10 years and I can finally put it to rest.

  Product arrived in 12 (not bad from China) days and was exactly as advertised. Was packed well. Tracking gets a little weird when it moves to USPS so don’t worry when that happens.

  I am genuinely surprised on how fast the product was delivered. From where I live ordering fast shipping on amazon would at least take a week. Based off of the products tracking, it only took 2 days. I’m very pleased with the condition of the GPU. Almost brand new. The appearance had no visible scratches, no dents, no dings, no bends. The seller was kind enough to agree to a partial refund for an open box product after delivery, since their new inventory was empty. Customer service is 10/10.
