  Even the item appeared lost during deliver, I was able to get it,even though it came very late. I greatly appreciate the timely and understanding response I got from seller, who in turn issued a refund. Unfortunately since I'm an international buyer that dont have the option to return items, I will just call this a free gift ,but will surely continue to shop with this market place in the future.

  I wanted to update my post from the previous message left. It was not the seller's fault for the Post Office mixup. The seller sent the items as requested/prompt/professional, but the Post Office reported delivering the product, but it had no been delivered. The items arrived, and they work!! The seller is patient, prompt, and professional, and I appreciate the opportunity to convey the right message, as it was not the seller's fault for the delay. I will purchase from the seller again.
