    Shipping was pretty quick and value was good, but unfortunately the seller shipped the incorrect item. When I addressed the issue it took some hand-holding for the seller to correct the issue. Ultimately I was satisfied with the resolution (seller replaced the incorrect item with the correct product) but the process and communication was a bit frustrating. Eventually, the item was as described, new in box, and it's a great product.

    PACKAGING IS THE WORSED ive ever encountered!! Good the cage glass didn’t BREAK ! However i need to spend for a new packaging of these item just to make sure it will arrive in perfect condition & nothing will be broken cause if im gonna use the same box packaging, im 100% when it reaches the seller its already broken!!

    The item was received quickly, and the seller was amazingly responsive and helpful. It was packaged well for shipping and received as described. I just got done installing the feeder on a tree in my backyard and look forward to seeing what birds visit tomorrow.

    $1800 item. Picked up in person 60 miles from my home. Got home and found a critical piece of hardware missing. (Front axle on ebike) Other than the one missing item that was exactly as described brand new never been opened or used. Seller kept in touch with me the whole time. I spent most of the following day finding the piece that I needed and seller and I agreed upon compensation for my time and effort. Recommend seller!! Thanks
