  Item came in excellent condition and as described. Packaging with styrofoam was great to protect items. Excellent quality piece. Detailed appearance of people and toys and nice lighting on toys sign at top of house. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage but cost a little higher compared to other Christmas Lane houses I bought. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!
