    We are very happy with our purchase from Thomas (islander8083). The item was exactly as a described and packaged with extreme care, arriving in just a few days via UPS. We were even refunded a portion of the originally quoted shipping cost. We would not hesitate to buy from him again.

    Item came in excellent condition and as described. Packaging with styrofoam was great to protect items. Excellent quality piece. Detailed appearance of people and toys and nice lighting on toys sign at top of house. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage but cost a little higher compared to other Christmas Lane houses I bought. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!

    This poor item and seller! The item got lost during the weather storms, the seller kept up with the tracking information and did an excellent job keeping me updated. Finally nearly 20 days in transit the item arrived in amazing good condition. Happy to add this look awaited item to my vintage collection.

    Item arrived as advertised. Brand new and intact, item had been well packed prior to shipping. Shipping was fast. While I would recommend this seller, the shipping cost was much higher than other items I have purchased that were also packaged well by other sellers. i would buy from this seller again.

    GLAD YOU WERE HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE. I TRY TO KEEP THE SHIPPING TO A MINIMUM. UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS AN OVERSIZED PACKAGE AND SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE THAT ALL SHIPPING SERVICES CHARGE FOR PACKAGES OVER 12X12X12. MANY SELLERS DON'T REALIZE THIS AND WINDUP TAKING A HIT ON THE SHIPPING. THANKS TO USPS THIS COAST TO COAST PACKAGE ONLY TOOK 5 DAYS. AGAIN THANKS FOR YOUR PURCHASE. TOM
