  The item itself is exactly as described in the listing and very good value for money. The shipping of the product however leaves a lot to be desired ! The complete wheel & shaft was inside a box without any packing materials at all. Consequently the wheel and the winding handle had punctured the box in several places and had almost 'escaped' ! The package was so distressed that the delivery driver was ashamed of its condition,explaining that it arrived at her depot in that state. MORE PACKING!!

  Came in no time at all , was left in total Communication where the parcel was . Packaged well and they’re was no damage to it when got it either considering what was in it. Condition is as described, the quality is what you’d expect. The value, well all gas bottles are expensive these you can only get online lately anyway, if you’ve got the money you can go for the deal on more gas bottles. Appearance was as expected not dented or looked damaged in anyway at all.

  Great service from the seller unfortunately very poor service from there courier yodel. They had the package 5 days before attempting to deliver it then tried to deliver on a Sunday to business premises. Had a trouble getting the item and was 2 weeks from ordering it to getting it. Poor packaging too, but somehow arrived in one piece

  Ordered on the 11 June, delivery was forecast for 13 or 14 June. I got a message from the carrier Evri on the 14th saying it was delayed. It was delivered late on Monday 16th. I have found repeatedly that whenever Evri has been the carrier this delay has occurred. I recommend you discontinue Evri and use a better carrier. The item was exactly as ordered. Thank you. Mike.

  package looked like it had been through a war. but the item itself seemed intact and fine. as advertised. a side note - the eBay GSP shipping system continues to make shipping overly expensive and slow. this took 12 days from order date - which is ridiculous (though even that was quicker than their promised about 16 days) all in all I'd say this was a Positive experience - but just barely.

  Excellent service from Jo at iShop247. The package arrived damaged and parts missing, no fault of the seller, and parts were missing. Messaged them and the replacement parts were delivered the very next day. Problems happen, particularly with couriers, it’s how they’re resolved that’s important.
