Great proactive communication (for updates on preparation/checks pre-shipping and then when it was shipped). Everything as described and shipped quickly (this was via Japan Post EMS). I already had Form 5106 on file so it cleared US customs quickly (import duty was around 5%). Delivery was made by US Postal Service (the delivery express package drivers). Hard shell case well packaged in a sturdy box. Guitar was in prestine condition. Highly recommended.

They replied quickly before buying, but now there is a problem with the item after receiving it, and they haven't replied for several days. It's really frustrating. The saxophone they bought has no damage to the outer packaging, but the inside is severely bent! The seller evaded responsibility and asked me to return the goods. Who will compensate me for the customs duties
