    I ordered an odd ball size tap and originally they sent the wrong one, but as soon as I messaged them they fixed it and got me to correct one quickly. I will be saving them and buying from them again as I need more taps and what not. I highly recommend them! Also it was well packaged both times. Definitely professional people that care.

    Extremely above and beyond service. Had an incorrectly described item arrive. Reached out to me on a weekend. Very prompt communication and follow up. Gave me options to pick out a replacement, and had me keep the old one. Will buy from again.

    The item I ordered unfortunately didn’t work , so they sent me another one ( on their dime) unfortunately, that one didn’t work either. However, they did refund me the full price. They have great communication skills and are honorable. Would deal with them again. Thank you.
